Special Assistant to the CEO & Silicon Valley Ecosystem Lead

Location: Palo Alto, CA (University Avenue)

Reporting to: Founder / Chairman / CEO

We are looking for a unique "Super-Connector" in Silicon Valley to act as the direct proxy for our CEO. This role blends high-level strategic partnership, early-stage investment scouting, and community building. You will be responsible for transforming global resources into tangible growth and managing our Palo Alto "Hacker House"—a dedicated hub for the next generation of AI creators.

What You’ll Do:

● CEO Resource Conversion: Proactively manage and nurture high-level industry resources and teams referred by the CEO and senior executives. Convert these connections into strategic investments or business partnerships through high-frequency interaction and follow-ups.

● "Hacker House" Operations: Transform our Palo Alto office (University Ave) into a micro "Hacker House" for cutting-edge AI startups and creators. You will own the space end-to-end—from hosting community events to overseeing daily operations and essential administrative logistics.

● Ecosystem Scouting: Immerse yourself in Silicon Valley’s AI, creator economy, and digital aesthetics circles. Leverage your network to identify high-potential, high-aesthetic early-stage targets for investment or incubation.

● US Affairs Coordination: Assist the CEO in managing personal and business-related affairs within the US, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency between domestic and overseas teams.

What We Are Looking For:

● Mandatory: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess professional fluency (both written and verbal) in Mandarin Chinese and English.

● Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in Silicon Valley accelerator/incubator operations, early-stage VC (Seed to Series A) deal-sourcing, or BD for AI/Internet companies. You know how the SV ecosystem ticks.

● Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep passion for and a keen eye for visual design, photography, and video trends. Experience as a digital creator or community lead in the aesthetics space is a major plus.

● The Mindset: Low ego , high flexibility, and deeply entrepreneurial. You are equally comfortable pitching to investors and managing the physical logistics of a workspace. You love navigating ambiguity and creating order out of chaos.

● Logistics: Hybrid model (min. 3 days/week in Palo Alto); must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
