Pharmacist

Credena Health Pharmacy, located inside Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, is seeking a dedicated per-diem clinical pharmacist to join our outpatient team. This flexible role will cover PTO, sick leave, and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
• Utilize Epic Willow Ambulatory for medication dispensing and patient record management.
• Deliver integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Optimize patients' medication therapy outcomes and improve their quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable.
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) - where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with outpatient pharmacy practice.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
