Trouble-shooting and anticipating shipment issues. Notifying customers of any delays or changes that will impact service Setting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of each shipment Promptly responding to customer request for status information or changes Problem resolution to minimize impact to customer and company.
