Shift - Weekdays - 1st Shift We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support quality review processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. This role involves analyzing low to moderately complex quality assurance assignments, conducting research, evaluating alternatives, and providing recommendations to resolve operational challenges. The ideal candidate will develop an understanding of quality standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while exercising sound judgment in reviewing work and supporting business objectives. Responsibilities include communicating quality-related information to clients and internal stakeholders, documenting findings, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience or equivalent combination of work experience, consulting experience, milita ry service, training, or education.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving s kills.
- Ability to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working within compliance-driven environments is preferred.
