I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent and also gained experience in medical billing. I'm a Florida Atlantic University graduate and was born and raised in Boca Raton, where I'm proud to serve the community I call home. Our agency is built on teamwork and collaboration. We have an experienced team that works together to support one another and provide the best possible experience for our customers. Victor Schlicht - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
