Additional monthly bonuses and commissions are available.P & C FL 2-20 or Life FL 2-15 - Hourly $19/ Salary $39,672P & C FL 2-20 & Life FL 2-15 - Hourly $20/ Salary $41,760Series 6 & 65 Licenses - Hourly $22/ Salary $45,936What You'll Do:Build and maintain customer relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional serviceAssist customers with insurance and financial product options using a needs-based review processHandle incoming calls, provide advice, resolve questions or concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfactionWork closely with Gayla to meet marketing and sales goalsGenerate leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and servicesParticipate actively in licensing and onboarding processesRequirements:Must have or obtain required license(s) before employment beginsReliable, ethical, and self-motivatedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentSales experience REQUIREDBilingual candidates are a plusMust pass a background check prior to employmentDress Code: Business or business casual attire required.
