Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Professional, confident, upbeat, and personable demeanor. Excellent guest-relations and communication skills. Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette. Ability to remain composed, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make thoughtful recommendations and confidently communicate menu and beverage offerings. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle transactions. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. Must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. as needed.
