Welder/FabricatorShifts:1st2ndPay:$20-30/hr.DescriptionCannonball Recruiting is seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components according to blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of steel fabrication processes, and proficiency in using hand and power tools.RequirementsExperience in structural steel fabrication or a related field.Proficiency in MIG and/or Flux Core welding; TIG, and Stick welding is a plus.Ability to read blueprints and work independently.Familiarity with steel fabrication tools and machinery.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Cut, shape, and assemble steel components using saws, torches, and welding equipment.Operate machinery such as shears, press brakes, and drill presses.Weld and fit structural steel according to project requirements.Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Follow company safety protocols and industry standards.BenefitsHeath / Dental / Vision Insurance401k optionsPTO / Holiday PayDisability Insurance / Life InsuranceWeekly Pay
