Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Analyst

FTE/ Contract Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). Proficient in SQL and understanding data warehousing concepts.
Experience with HCM, ERP, or SCM modules in Oracle Fusion.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or other integration tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
Analyze data across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., HCM, ERP, SCM) to deliver actionable business insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design scalable data solutions.
Customize and optimize data models within FAW.
Perform data validations, reconciliations, and quality assurance checks.
Support data migration and integration efforts with external systems. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in reporting solutions.
Maintain documentation and support training of end users on reporting tools.
