Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care position serving patients 18 and older
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with part-time and hybrid options available
• Minimal call commitment averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment available
