Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Required to work outside year-round in extreme temperatures
• Must be able to work constantly rotating 12-hour shifts
• Candidates must be able to lift 75-100 lbs regularly
• Ideal candidates have a high mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visual inspections of equipment
• Monitor material flow from raw material storage to mills, silos, kiln, and clinker storage
• Operate valves, slides, and gates to control material flow
• Measure and report bin, tank, and silo levels
• Assist with preheater tower and kiln inlet scaling
