Restaurant Manager

Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Strongsville is hiring a Restaurant Manager to manage a pub open daily 10am–2:30am, with a week that runs from 69¢ boneless wings on Monday and $2 off burgers on Tuesday to steak & chop night on Thursday.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with ownership
• Responsibly manage events, promotions, and day-to-day operations
• Actively coach and develop team members
• Focus on cleanliness standards
• Analyze sales and labor numbers
• Maintain familiarity with steps of service and how to execute them

What you'll need:

• 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
• 3 years of management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
• Available for nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of bartending experience
• Experience with staff culture training
