Support the Personal Line Account Manager to continuously improve operational workflows. Review upcoming renewals to ensure coverage remains appropriate and competitive for our policyholders. Process routine policy changes and endorsements accurately and with strong attention to detail. Coordinate with our carrier partners to resolve billing inquiries or coverage questions promptly. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files for every account under your care. Educate clients on their policy options, helping them understand the value behind their specific coverage. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Ohio. Three or more years of experience managing commercial or personal lines accounts. Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management software. Strong organizational habits and comfort with juggling multiple deadlines. Clear, articulate communication skills for both phone and email interactions. Experience navigating carrier portals to secure policy documents and endorsements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
