Warehouse Worker

Looking for a fast-paced position with competitive pay and predictable hours? We are hiring full-time Warehouse Workers for a premier distribution center in the Fox Valley area.

Position - Warehouse Worker

Job Location - Appleton, WI

Starting Date - ASAP

Employment Term - Temp to hire

Employment Type - Full time

Work Hours (Shift) -2nd, 3rd shift, Weekend shifts available!

Starting Pay -$20 to $22

Required Experience - Prior forklift experience needed

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory.
Inbound & Outbound: Load and unload shipments, verify cargo against packing slips, and stage products for shipping.
Inventory Control: Stock shelves, restock pick locations, and assist with inventory counts to keep warehouse records up to date.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and adhere to all facility safety protocols.

Qualifications

Dependability: Strong work ethic with a history of solid attendance and punctuality.
Physical Stamina: Comfort working on your feet for full shifts and the ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
Experience: Previous warehouse, RF scanner, or forklift experience is preferred (willing to train motivated candidates).
Attention to Detail: Ability to read order sheets accurately and process inventory efficiently.
