Case Manager - Pediatric Behavioral Health - Columbia Our Pediatric Behavioral Health team is seeking a Case Manager to support our pediatric population. Serve as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing systems care coordination, targeted referrals and case management, and supportive engagement for pediatric patients and their families presenting with emergent mental health needs. We seek candidates with strong patient engagement skills, efficient organizational skills, and investment in teamwork. The position is full time and bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide systems care coordination for pediatric patients. Facilitate targeted referrals. Deliver case management and supportive engagement for families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members. Preferred Criteria Some experience or training in social sciences/public health systems Fluency in both English and Spanish Flexibility to work various shifts Required Criteria Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent from a recognized college or university Benefits We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that support you and your family in every aspect of life.
