Senior HRIS Analyst

Owning the entire HR technology stack, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will manage HRIS, ATS, and HR ticketing systems, drive data integration and analytics, and proactively support HR leadership with insights and technology strategy in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the HR technology stack, ensuring data integrity, user access, and system performance Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce trends Lead the configuration and optimization of the ATS (Ashby) to support efficient recruiting processes Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise HRIS platform and hands-on experience managing an ATS Experience in architecting and managing system integrations across a multi-tool HR stack Proficient in building people analytics dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
