PRN Occupational Therapist

Bluegrass Orthopaedics is seeking a PRN Therapist to join our team in Lexington, KY.As a key member of our dynamic clinical team, you'll work closely with physicians and orthopedic specialists to evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and hand conditions in an outpatient setting. You’ll guide patients through customized treatment plans designed to restore function, adapt to new challenges, and return to work, sport, or daily life with confidence.What You’ll Do:Work one-on-one with patients to improve physical function and independenceEvaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plansProvide therapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional trainingDesign and fabricate custom splints and bracesCollaborate with physicians and team members to ensure exceptional careEducate patients on injury prevention, self-care, and wellness strategiesMaintain accurate documentation in our electronic medical record systemWhat You’ll Bring:Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programKentucky licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational TherapistHand/Upper Extremity therapy experience required; CHT certification is a plus.BLS certification preferredStrong knowledge of upper extremity anatomy, rehabilitation principles, and therapeutic modalitiesExcellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skillsA passion for patient-centered care and continuous professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
