Site Safety Coordinator: Atlanta, GA

Safe Site Solutions is hiring two experienced Site Safety Coordinators to lead field safety on a large-scale data center construction project in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-visibility, safety-critical role on a fast-moving site. We’re looking for sharp, dependable safety professionals who take ownership of keeping crews safe and projects compliant.

Pay and Details

• $45.00 per hour
• Overtime at $67.50 per hour for hours over 40 in a workweek
• $100.00 per diem for each day worked
• 1099 contract, project based
• Start date: to be determined (estimating in November 2026)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily site safety walks and correct hazards and unsafe behaviors
• Review and support permits, including hot work, confined space, energized work, and elevated work
• Guide crews on pre-task plans, job hazard analyses, and safe work plans
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations for new workers
• Enforce OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and project safety standards
• Support incident investigations and document corrective actions
• Conduct safety audits and equipment inspections
• Serve as a safety point of contact for project leadership, subcontractors, and the client

Requirements:

• 1 to 3+ years in a formal Safety Coordinator, Safety Manager, or Safety Professional role on construction sites. Security or safety-adjacent roles do not count.
• OSHA 510 Required
• Current First Aid/CPR Required
• NFPA 70E Required
• Data center construction experience Required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation
