About Us
Simply Roofing is a growing residential and commercial roofing contractor serving the Phoenix metro area. We're looking for a driven outside sales rep who wants uncapped earning potential and a real path to six figures.

Compensation

• First 30 days (training/ramp period): Paid hourly at Arizona minimum wage while you learn our process, product, and CRM.
• After 30 days: Commission-only pay structure
• 10% commission on all company-provided/assigned leads
• 13% commission on revenue from self-generated business
• Milestone bonus: Sell over $1,000,000 in revenue and earn a fully wrapped company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Run sales appointments on company-provided leads
• Prospect and self-generate new business through door-knocking, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Conduct roof inspections and present solutions to homeowners/property owners
• Build accurate estimates and close sales
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Apollo.io)
• Follow up on active bids and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Represent Simply Roofing professionally at every customer touchpoint

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required; roofing, construction, or home improvement sales strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing roofs for inspections
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits — this is a self-gen-friendly role for reps who want to hunt
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Basic comfort with CRM/tech tools
