Field Marketing Representative / Canvasser

What You’ll Do Represent WinChoice professionally in residential neighborhoods. Speak with homeowners about window and door replacement opportunities. Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team. Follow company scripts, training, territory plans, and appointment quality standards. Track daily activity, conversations, leads, and results. Handle rejection, objections, weather, and field conditions with a strong attitude. Work with field leadership to improve your approach, communication, and results. Maintain a positive, professional image while representing the company at the door. Support team goals and contribute to a high-performance field marketing culture. Who This Role Is For This role is a strong fit for someone who is competitive, outgoing, disciplined, and interested in sales or leadership. Requirements Required: Strong communication skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Ability to work outdoors and walk residential neighborhoods. Reliable transportation. Dependability and strong follow-through. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed. Willingness to learn, be coached, and improve. Preferred: Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, outside sales, retail sales, home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, security, or customer-facing sales experience. Leadership experience in work, sports, military, school, or volunteer settings. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Interest in growing into a field trainer, team lead, or canvass management role.
