Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Univista Insurance is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic authority on digital marketing channels and execution. This role is responsible for providing deep expertise, guidance, and advisory support to drive digital strategy, optimize channel performance, and ensure technical and strategic excellence across key digital initiatives. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing leadership, operations, and technology teams to identify solutions, define best practices, and improve digital outcomes. The ideal candidate is a passionate digital strategist with deep, hands-on expertise in at least one major digital channel. This person combines strategic thinking with technical execution, is comfortable advising senior leaders, and thrives as the "go-to" expert. They're detail-oriented yet strategic, stay current with digital trends, and can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & ArchitectureDefine UniVista's enterprise digital marketing strategy across all channels, serving as the internal authority on where we play, how we win, and what we prioritizeBuild the digital roadmap: channel mix, budget allocation framework, testing agenda, and performance targets that align to company growth objectivesEstablish the digital playbook, channel standards, and governance model the broader marketing team and franchise network execute againstIdentify whitespace and competitive opportunity across the digital landscape; bring forward-looking recommendations to CMO and senior leadershipChannel Ownership & PerformanceOwn strategy and performance accountability across SEO, SEM/paid search, paid social, email marketing, and marketing automationManage and optimize paid media investment with full ownership of CPL, CAC, and marketing-attributed growthOversee SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, local and national search, and content-driven organic growthLead marketing automation architecture including lead nurturing, trigger-based campaigns, segmentation, and CRM integrationPerformance IntelligenceOwn the digital performance reporting framework: dashboards, attribution models, and executive-level reporting that connect digital activity to business outcomesDrive a continuous experimentation culture through structured A/B testing and channel optimization across all digital propertiesTranslate performance data into strategic recommendations; bring the insight and action, not just the metricStandards & GovernanceDevelop and enforce digital best practices, channel playbooks, and quality standards across the organizationPartner with compliance and legal to ensure all digital marketing activity meets regulatory requirementsEvaluate and recommend new platforms, tools, and technologies to keep UniVista ahead of the curveQualifications & CredentialsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of direct digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, or similar)Deep expertise in at least one major digital channel or platformProven track record of improving digital performance and driving measurable resultsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insightsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, advertising platforms, marketing automation software, etc.)Ability to think strategically while managing tactical detailsStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsDesired Experience:Experience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, etc.)Familiarity with compliance requirements for digital marketingExperience leading digital transformation or channel optimization initiativesKnowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value strategiesExperience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologyBilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plusABOUT USWe are a fast-growing, bilingual insurance agency serving clients across Florida and Texas!
