Experience managing social media campaigns across multiple locations. Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Nashville-based or willing to commute to Brentwood. Comfortable working onsite during onboarding and hybrid thereafter. Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Retail marketing experience (automotive experience not required). Experience supporting events and event marketing. Videography and video editing experience. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing workflow enhancement. Experience with social media management platforms (BirdEye, SOCi, or similar).Job Description: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving creative and marketing initiatives across a growing multi-location retail organization with over 60 locations nationwide. This position will manage the development of visual marketing assets, signage, digital and social campaigns, brand initiatives, internal and external communications, event marketing collateral, and promotional materials. The role will support both corporate and location-specific marketing efforts and will collaborate closely with leadership on brand strategy, event execution, and customer engagement initiatives. Candidates should have strong graphic design capabilities, experience utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, social marketing platforms, and a working knowledge of emerging AI tools used to enhance marketing productivity. The position also includes occasional travel to support major corporate events, store openings, community programs, and other field marketing initiatives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Create and manage marketing deliverables, signage, graphics, and promotional materials. Develop creative assets for internal and external marketing campaigns. Support social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution. Produce video content and manage marketing-related multimedia projects. Coordinate and support corporate and local events. Maintain brand consistency across 61+ retail locations. Assist with event planning logistics, marketing communications, and promotional campaigns. Travel as needed to support major company events and field marketing initiatives.
