We're looking for a full-time Heavy Civil/Roadway Superintendent to bring precision, leadership, and vision to our dynamic construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience
- OSHA 30 certified
- Ability to work onsite
- Must live within 1 hour of the job location
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of heavy civil construction project superintendent experience
- Project management, estimating, and survey experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Bluebeam
- Construction site management and safety skills
- Organization and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Ability to read plans and perform quantity take-offs
