Who We’re Looking For Are you a passionate and dedicated behavior analyst with a commitment to improving the lives of children? We're seeking a skilled professional who utilizes evidence-based practices and compassionate care to support students in our district. Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results. Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs. Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
