We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Student Repayment up to $25k; Clinician Incentive Plan; and potential Sign on Bonus. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required prior to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or similar outpatient caseload preferred.
• Comfort delivering evidence-based, exercise-driven care plans and risk-stratified protocols.
• Ability to manage 45 60-minute sessions per week and to follow optimal frequency visit models.
• Willingness to use clinic tools and workflows such as PROMIS, Limber, and ambient listening to support efficiency and outcomes.
• Open to flexible scheduling.
