Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift: Days
• Days of the Week: M-F
• Expected Mileage: no more than 30-50 miles per day
• Scheduling: there is a scheduler
• Productivity: 30 points per week = 40 hours
• EMR: Home Health MD
• Schedule: 5 days of coverage
