Customer Service Team Lead

What You’ll Do You’ll orchestrate the daily flow of a variety of teams, balancing technician skill sets with geographic routing to maximize efficiency. You’ll be the voice of trust for clients, turning their service needs into seamless, stress-free experiences. You’ll be the "go-to" person for our office staff, providing daily guidance, improving office procedures, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. You’ll manage the flow of information between office, field, and management, proactively solving scheduling conflicts before they become problems. Who You Are You have at least 3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or high-level office coordination. You can handle a fast-paced environment without losing your cool. You know how to build rapport with a customer on the phone and maintain clear, effective communication with a technician in the field. You’re comfortable with MS Office and learn new software with ease. You don't just report problems—you bring solutions. Ready to Lead?
