Our work requires Secret Clearance.What You'll Get to Do: Provide technical leadership and oversight of engineering staff regarding manufacturing practices, test requirements, quality processes, and identify and resolve any manufacturability challenges that will impact producibility and quality.Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations and engineering specifications.undefinedDrive the team to support the production floor in a liaison role. These activities include answering assist calls from technicians, performing root cause corrective action, and be responsive to keep production movingTrack department schedules, working to identify key parameters and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce program costsInvestigate and initiate corrective action to ensure product quality; resolve quality issues that arise during the build process to ensure all parts conform to the design configuration.Plan manpower requirements, performing quarterly and annual performance reviews of staffThey are problem solvers who have the ability to provide results that are innovative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
