• Physician in Practice: 2 (PT PERMs); 2 (locums)

• Support Staff:

- 2 APPs, 1 RN, 3 MAs, 5 Office Staff

- 2 PSS, 2 Surgery Scheduler

• Procedures:

- Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder, With PEG)

- Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Small Bowel biopsy

- Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy & Colonoscopy

• No of Beds: 120; ICU: 12

• No of Exam Room: 4

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements:

• Active CA License

• BC/BE (If BE, within 3 years of residency)

• BLS

• Fellowship-trained
