Join Our Customer Service Team – Customer Care Representative | League City, TX We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to support a high‑volume service center that assists customers across Life and Annuity products. This role is based on site in League City, Texas and plays a key part in delivering accurate, compliant, and compassionate service to our policyholders and authorized parties. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and provide support related to life and annuity policies. Process payments and update account information accurately and timely. Provide clear, compliant information to policyholders, beneficiaries, and other authorized parties. Support policy servicing needs such as applications, payment plans, and policy updates. Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries. Assist with special projects and additional support needs as assigned. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service, or other fast‑paced service environments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
