Supervising Attorney, Immigration Law - Non-Detained Defense

The Legal Aid Society, Inc.

The Legal Aid Society’s Civil Practice seeks a Supervising Attorney for the citywide Immigration Law Unit’s Non-Detained Removal Defense team in Manhattan. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating the Immigrant Opportunity Initiatives program, and providing strategic immigration litigation guidance across federal and state forums.

Qualified candidates will have NY Bar admission, at least three years of legal practice, and preferably several years in immigration practice; strong
