New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) seeks a highly motivated Spanish-speaking Staff Attorney for a full-time position representing individuals in removal proceedings. The role requires proactive problem-solving, dedication to clients, and a strong commitment to due process and immigrant rights during challenging times. The attorney will represent detained and non-detained immigrants referred by NYS partners and support NYIFUP with supervision from Brooklyn Defender Services and others, #J-18808-Ljbffr
