You'll spend your time in the fieldmeeting with builders, architects, designers, general contractors, and end users to uncover and close new business. You'll be the tip of the spear in a territory ripe with opportunity, backed by a company that values quality work and long-term client relationships. If you're energized by prospecting, comfortable navigating job sites and design studios, and love being out in the community making connectionsthis is your role.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Proactively identify and pursue opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and high net worth homeowners.
• Engage the Market Represent the company at job sites, industry events, builder association meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Relationship Building Establish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the construction and design ecosystem.
• Consultative Selling Guide prospects through the sales process from scoping to proposal, supported by internal proposal writers.
• Pipeline Management Balance longer-cycle commercial opportunities with quicker residential wins.
• Territory Development Strategically grow market presence within your assigned geographic area.

Qualifications

• 35 years of outside sales or territory sales experience (design/construction/technical sales preferred, but not required)
• Proven track record of self-sourced sales success
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Comfortable selling to diverse audiencesfrom builders to architects to homeowners
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals
• Willingness to travel locally and attend events outside traditional office hours when needed

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 $70,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped
• On Target Earnings: $120,000+ achievable in year one with upside potential
