B2B Marketing Account Manager

Account Manager. New York. Hybrid: Tues, Wed, Thurs in office In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Oversee project delivery, ensuring all work meets client needs and exceeds expectations. Understand project deliverables and coordinate the right mix of resources to achieve them. Monitor budgets, timelines, and hours, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Apply rigorous commercial and project management processes. Use MS Office and Paprika accounting software to track budgets, hours, and deliverables. Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure seamless delivery. Uphold and promote our agency values in every client and team interaction. Qualifications Previous experience in an account management role within a marketing or advertising agency (B2B experience a strong advantage). Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A commercial mindset, with confidence in managing budgets and timelines. Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Paprika or similar software is a plus). A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
