This role requires hands on panel building experience, the ability to read wiring schematics accurately, and working knowledge of PLCs, drives, and motor controllers. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented electrical professional who can build and wire panels safely, identify wiring issues, and support equipment testing in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Build, wire, inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic control panels, circuits, systems, and equipment • Read wiring schematics and verify proper wiring codes, terminations, shorts, grounds, and continuity • Inspect and test completed components to confirm specifications are met • Troubleshoot electrical issues, equipment malfunctions, and completed machinery during testing • Identify defective materials, unusual conditions, design concerns, or print errors and report details to the appropriate supervisor • Perform preventive maintenance and complete all work in accordance with established safety procedures Qualifications and Requirements: • Must have electrical/electronic control panel assembly experience; 3+ years required • Industrial electrical experience required • Ability to read and understand wiring schematics; 5+ years required • Experience with PLCs, drives, and motor controllers; 3+ years required • Manufacturing experience; 3+ years required • Able to lift 50 lbs. or more • Fundamental electrical test will be given • Recent graduates of a related technical curriculum with hands-on panel building training will be considered Benefits and Perks: • Competitive pay based on experience • Medical, dental, and vision benefits available through The Reserves Network • 401K, direct deposit or pay card, and referral bonus program • Temporary-to-hire opportunity with training and long-term career growth Your New Organization: You will join an established manufacturing company that designs and builds industrial electric utility vehicle and material handling systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional environments.
