Overview
Registered Nurse, ER travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA, United States. Start date 09/13/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,154 to $2,285 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 16-hour Evening/Night rotation (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Setting: emergency department environment within a health system.

Responsibilities
- Provide emergent nursing care in the ED, including initial assessment, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
- Administer medications, start and manage IV lines, and operate monitoring equipment
- Perform nursing procedures within scope and collaborate with physicians, NP/PA, and the broader care team
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and communicate changes to the care team
- Respond to acute deteriorations with appropriate interventions and support ongoing resuscitation efforts as needed
- Facilitate safe patient throughput, discharge planning, and referral coordination

Requirements
- Active RN license (state-appropriate) and ability to practice in a high-acuity ED setting
- Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work a 16-hour Evening/Night shift (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and commit to a 13-week travel assignment
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation
