Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor and outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Training and Development Comprehensive 10‑week training program. Compensation and Benefits Solid base salary plus commission potential after being assigned a route. Majority of work a 4‑day work week with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Compensation range: $45,000 – $90,000 per year, base salary plus earned commissions. Qualifications Qualified to comply with Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding prior employment. Success Attributes Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
