accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

These RRTs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on needs of the system. These RRTs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in any Novant Health location. RRT is required for this role. What We're Looking For:

Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: 1 year, required. Licensure/Certification:

Current RCP licensure in appropriate state, required.
