Administer physician compensation processes, analyze productivity and financial metrics, and develop automated tools that improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. Design dashboards, staffing models, and operational reports that provide leadership with timely insights and optimize physician scheduling and resource utilization. Monitor data integrity, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with physicians, finance, IT, hospital partners, and operational teams to improve workflows and resolve issues. Drive automation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives that support revenue recovery, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and practice growth.DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, finance, compensation, or operational support. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and automation; Power BI experience preferred. Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, operational reports, financial analyses, and business intelligence solutions to support leadership decision-making. Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
