As an Associate Program Manager within our Dosage Forms Solutions business, you will help shape early development programs and set them up for successful execution. - Support early-stage development programs from initial intake through execution readiness.
- Review incoming project requests to ensure scope, data, and documentation are complete.
- Partner with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to confirm feasibility and timelines.
- Identify risks early and escalate gaps that could impact execution or manufacturing readiness.
- Coordinate development agreements and ensure clear alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain accurate product and material data in ERP systems such as SAP.
- Track milestones, monitor readiness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in product development or program coordination.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
