Aurelius Consulting Group is a customer acquisition and consulting company that partners with nationally recognized brands to run face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across the Boston area. The focus is simple: create good customer experiences that help clients grow, one conversation at a time.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between client brands and their customers, working at promotional events and retail locations across Boston. You'll answer questions, clearly explain products and services, and help customers with sign-ups, applications, or purchases as needed. No two days look the same, which makes this a good fit for anyone who prefers variety over routine.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing client brands at promotional events and customer engagement campaigns
• Speaking with customers face-to-face and building genuine rapport
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right product or service
• Sharing accurate information about current campaigns and promotions
• Helping customers through registrations, applications, or purchases
• Delivering a strong customer experience from first conversation to completion
• Working with team leaders to hit individual and team goals
• Taking part in ongoing product knowledge and development sessions

Earnings
Average weekly earnings of $725+, made up of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
