- Conduct protective intelligence research to identify threats, suspicious activity, online fixation, harassment, reputational concerns, emerging technologies, and other risks to executives, family members, and protected operations.
- Assist with triage and documentation of threatening or harassing communications, suspicious activity, stalking indicators, workplace violence concerns, and other protective intelligence matters.
- Review open-source, social media, incident-reporting, travel risk, crime, and intelligence resources as assigned to support protective planning and executive travel risk decisions.
- Identify and report individuals, groups, behaviors, or emerging technologies that may pose a threat to executives, residences, aircraft, events, or protected operations.
- Conduct and support threat, incident, and protective intelligence internal investigations, including review of threatening or concerning communications, suspicious activity, executive security concerns, policy violations, and security incidents.

- Support user instruction, testing, and basic troubleshooting for alarms, cameras, access-control systems, duress/panic devices, visitor procedures, and other protective equipment as directed.
- Support the protection of aircraft and related movement activity at home flight facilities, fixed-base operators, hangars, airports, and domestic or international transit locations as assigned.
- Assist with secure boarding and disembarkation, baggage/security coordination, aircraft-adjacent access control, executive arrivals/departures, and coordination with aviation partners.
