This role is built for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, creating meaningful conversations, and making a lasting impression. As a Face-to-Face Account Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, introducing innovative telecommunications and entertainment solutions while helping customers find services that fit their lifestyle and needs.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in designated residential neighborhoods.
- Represent nationally recognized telecommunications and entertainment providers professionally.
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotional offers.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
- Complete customer enrollments and service agreements.
- Maintain a positive, professional image while representing the company in the community.
- Achieve individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Attend team meetings and ongoing product and sales training.

- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, or sales is helpful but not required.
