Now Hiring: Travel RN House Supervisor – Night Shift

Take your leadership experience to the next level with this 13-week Travel RN House Supervisor assignment . This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader with prior charge experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to oversee patient care and staffing across a large skilled nursing environment.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor

• Specialty: Management / House Supervisor

• Job Type: Travel

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Primarily nights

• Schedule: 36 hours/week

  • 3 × 8-hour shifts

  • 1 × 12-hour shift

• Shift Times May Include:

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

• Patient Population: Geriatric

• Daily Census: Approximately 180 residents

• Floating: Required

• EMR: EPIC – hard requirement

Minimum Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience

• Previous Charge Nurse experience required

• EPIC experience required

• Current BLS certification

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience

• Strong clinical leadership and supervisory experience

• Ability to manage staffing and patient-care needs across multiple units

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

• Must be comfortable floating across units

• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
