Receptionist

Description

Rice Companies is looking for a Receptionist to join the team at our Sauk Rapids, MN headquarters. The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general information to clients and visitors. This role ensures a positive first impression of the company and provides essential support to the office by performing basic clerical tasks.


Key Accountabilities:

• Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and ensure a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing mail and shipments.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Help schedule appointments and meetings as needed, ensuring efficient use of meeting rooms.
• Assist in monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
• Provide general administrative support to the office and other tasks as directed.

Qualifications: Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle routine tasks efficiently
