Description

Are you a friendly, self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail? Join the Good Shepherd team as a Receptionist and make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitorscreating a welcoming environment while providing essential support across the organization. Weekend Receptionist Schedule

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM every third weekend
Included in the holiday rotation

Weekend Receptionist Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions

Qualifications

Weekend Receptionist Qualifications

Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work as a team member and resolve problem situations constructively
Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, customer service and computers required
Typing speed of 50 WPM
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
