Client in Los Angeles, CA is transitioning its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to Oracle Fusion, a major initiative that will reshape how HR data, processes, and workflows operate across the organization. This Analyst, Human Resources Data Management contract role is critical to ensuring a smooth, well-governed transition to the new platform. Responsibilities: They will help the data management team with any overflow, learning the new process with TA, they may transition as needed from Oracle project to International hiring project. There is a daily integration with SuccessFactors, so they may manage the error log and make the necessary updates for the log until we go live with Oracle, taking on troubleshooting for this error log. They will be supported by the team in learning the error log and processes. Work daily with the data management team, the day to day may change as needed as the projects evolve. The need to be flexible and agile, able to reprioritize as changes occur. At times they may review data that requires some research to verify, may require an intuitive mind in understanding the data that is coming in and how to interpret it. TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves: Working knowledge of HRIS Systems Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle. General HR knowledge to hiring, termination process, the process for hiring a worker. Should have worked in HRIS, this work will have several duties that are transactional. Attention to detail is important, and effective communication is a must as they will partner with team members globally. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, desired but not required. SuccessFactors, or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred. (Salesforce is more desirable than SuccessFactors) Will manage tickets in ServiceNow, and prior experience preferred. Job Description: Analyst, Human Resources Data Management (West Coast) Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies. Update and correct employee records in response to identified errors, ensuring data integrity across systems. Demonstrate strong attention to detail to maintain a high level of accuracy in employee data. Apply strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Possess a solid understanding of core HR concepts, including the employee lifecycle. Maintain and administer records for the Contingent Worker employee type. Operate independently with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment in day-to-day responsibilities. Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.
