As you establish your client base, you'll earn commissions based on the relationships you build while benefiting from our business financing program and enhanced commission opportunities designed to support newer financial professionals. Most importantly, you'll own your book of business—creating long-term value as your client relationships and income grow over time. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ commission driven Qualifications No previous financial services experience required. Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license. Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an enterprising mindset and strong work ethic. Sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or military experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Obtain your Life & Health Insurance license with our support.
