Production Specialist- REMOTE

Role: Part-time Production Specialist- REMOTE Pay:
$32 per hour
Assignment:
Contract (Start: July – earliest possible date; End: October 2, with potential extension)

25–30 hours per week

What you'll do:
• Support daily operations of the Marketing Creative team by ensuring projects are accurately set up and organized
• Create and maintain project records across internal tracking systems
• Update project statuses and ensure accuracy across tools and platforms
• Move projects through defined workflow stages in alignment with established processes
• Ensure all required information, assets, and documentation are complete and properly organized
• Create and manage project workspaces within collaboration tools
• Organize files and maintain structured file systems and naming conventions
• Download, organize, and upload files across platforms (shared drives, collaboration tools, etc.)
• Monitor project activity and help maintain steady workflow progression
• Collaborate with the Creative Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and visibility
• Provide coverage and continuity when additional support is needed
• Follow established processes and contribute to improvements in workflow efficiency 

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management, coordination, or operations support
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured workflows
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and general file management practices
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus

Preferred:
• Experience supporting project-based or workflow-driven teams
• Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools
• Understanding of file organization, naming conventions, and version control
• Interest in marketing, creative operations, or production environments
