Job Details Employment type: Contract To Hire Pay Information: $27-30/hour (W2) + benefits Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Role Overview: As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will support B2B clients by managing order entries, providing timely updates, and resolving issues promptly. You'll collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Building strong client relationships and handling complex requests are key to success in this role. Day in the Life Manage data entry for quotes, orders, and sample requests. Communicate with customers regarding order status and issues. Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams. Coordinate logistics for shipping and delivery. Support account management and maintain client relationships. Your Qualifications 4+ years of B2B customer service experience. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general systems. Ability to prioritize in high-volume settings. ERP experience (Epicor preferred). Manufacturing or logistics background preferred. Project management experience a plus.Experience supporting complex orders or technical environments. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
